Copper + Turquoise Woven Earrings (2)

These earrings are made entirely by hand, shaping and bending each frame, hammering them flat, and weaving them together using a very thin gauge wire. This earring is made entirely using kingman turquoise beads: in the center of the main frame, in the earring hook, near the bottom and top of the frame, and lastly dangling a beautifully blue teardrop from the very bottom of the frame. The blue tones in this earring were inspired by the cool tones of winter, and it is also December’s birthstone.
