This is an intricately woven copper malachite pendant, with various designs along the stone itself, and at the top of the piece.

Malachite is often known as the "stone of transformation," pushing one to take risky action and promoting change for one's higher self, interestingly related to its swirly patterns often symbolizing the flow of energy.
